As many of our pieces are custom made, we generally do not offer a returns service if you change your mind on an item. We are grateful for each and every customer and take the greatest care creating pieces of amazing quality, each individually checked before leaving on it's journey to you.

If for some horrible reason your order arrives damaged, or you feel a piece is faulty you can of course contact us for an exchange / adjustment or refund at

If your package hasn't arrived after 10 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of dispatch, please kindly contact us at - We cannot look in to lost or missing parcels after 28 days of dispatch if we are not contacted beforehand.
